A play on words between CHOC and ART, to create a choc effect using chocolate as a medium, inspired by the famous saying: I am what i eat.
Client: Chocol'art, a creative children's charity initiative has teamed up with the lebanese autism society to bring back the best of the 1980's to Beirut.

MOMENT OF TASTE
14 artists, 14 childhood recipes were the inspiration tools to create a buffet full of 1400 little spoons, each 100 of them contains a bite of the artist's favorite childhood recipe. It is the "madeleine moment" of the famous proust, at HEARTLAND - Territoire d’Affects exhibition- 24-octobre 2015 in bec- biel
The audience received a couple of ear plugs , and picked one or multiple spoon to enter in the moment of taste of the artist, then headed to see their art work exposed in an alternative space.

ONCE UPON A THYME
Slow food is an association that combats fast food concept. Its purpose is to preserve the local food heritage identity and highlight on the farmer, the region and the product. The “wild thyme” is one of the plants that is becoming extinct in our forests, so a sensorial awareness platform for people to interact with the plant and discover its benefits was built.

"Fatt/Fatt" is a kitchen performance based on the Fattūsh, a Levantine salad made from an assortment of greens and vegetables mixed with pieces of pita bread. It draws inspiration from breaking bread and takes root in the contrast entity/fragment
The Makers exhibit the act of making. Makers design their theatrical food and dining experience in front of an audience in order to explore not only the design of food itself, but also the way it is prepared, presented, shared and played out.
